PROLOZONE - Ozone Therapy
Most venous varicosities and spider veins are hereditary. Spider veins are cosmetically unsightly although they can itch and burn. Larger varicose veins can lead to serious medical consequences such as pain and swelling in the legs or even ulcerations (varicose ulcers). Using Doppler Ultrasound Evaluation, large venous "perforators" are selectively treated using micro-injection and new foam techniques. Spider vein "feeders" can be identified and treated using optical transillumination.
"Prolotherapy," or REIT (Reconstructive Injection Therapy), is a natural healing treatment that stimulates the body's own healing ability to strengthen damaged or weakened connective tissue, such as cartilage, tendons and ligaments without strong drugs or surgery.
